Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees.

Your scan history and saved appeal letters stay in your account on the Free plan. You can also export or delete your data from your settings at any time.

Not at the moment. All plans are billed monthly, so you can change or cancel without a long commitment.

Yes. A single appeal letter costs $9.99, paid once. Create a free account, open the appeal page and choose the single appeal option. The credit stays in your account until you use it.

Each listing you check on the scan page uses one scan, whether you paste an Etsy listing URL or enter the details by hand. Scan allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC).

Every scan checks your title, description, tags and price against Vetsy's library of Etsy policy rules. On paid plans, an AI review also reads the listing as a whole to catch issues that keyword rules can miss, such as an implied health claim or a reference to a brand by nickname.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. New limits apply as soon as the change goes through.

On Pro and Shield, Vetsy checks your connected shop for new reviews every 6 hours (Pro) or every hour (Shield). Low ratings and risky wording are flagged on your dashboard, and you get a suggested reply you can edit and post yourself on Etsy. Vetsy never posts on your behalf.

A score from 0 to 100 that combines listing compliance from your scans, your review rating, how current your listings are with Etsy policy, how often you respond to reviews, and how many flagged issues you have resolved. It shows at a glance whether your risk is going up or down.

No. The connection is read-only. Vetsy imports listing and review data so it can scan and monitor them. It never edits listings, prices, policies or shop settings. Every fix is yours to make in Etsy.

Vetsy checks Etsy's legal pages and key Help Center articles every week. When something changes, the update is reviewed and the rule library is adjusted. On Pro and Shield, your imported listings are rescanned against the new rules and you get an alert if any are affected.
